Privacy Policy

USA Infoline, LLC · Effective date / Last updated: April 9, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how USA Infoline, LLC ("USA Infoline," "we," "us") handles information in connection with the website at usainfoline.com (the "Site"). It covers this Site only. Our individual publications operate their own subscription pages under their own terms.

Information we collect

Information you give us. This Site has no signup form and no account system. If you email us using an address listed on the Site, we receive your email address and whatever you choose to include in your message. We use it only to respond to you.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical data when you visit, which may include your IP address, browser type, device and operating system, referring page, the pages you view, and the date and time. This data is used to operate, secure, and understand basic use of the Site.

Analytics and cookies. We do not set cookies on this Site, and we do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics. We do not track you across other websites. The Site does load its typefaces from Google Fonts; to display them, your browser requests the font files from Google, which may receive your IP address for that purpose. No cookies are set for this, and these requests are not used for analytics.

How we use information

We use the limited information above to run and secure the Site, to reply to messages you send us, and to understand overall usage so we can improve the Site. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

How information is shared

Third-party links

The Site may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Their policies govern once you leave our Site.

Data retention

We keep server logs for a limited period consistent with security and operational needs, and we keep email correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and meet our legal obligations.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, including the right to know what we hold, to request a copy, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to opt out of any sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising a right. To make a request, email us at partnership@usainfoline.com. We will verify your request as required by law before acting on it.

California residents. The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, gives you the rights described above. You may exercise them yourself or through an authorized agent using the contact details below.

Children

The Site is meant for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information handled through the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Do Not Track

Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. There is no common standard for how to respond to it. Because we do not track you across third-party websites, a Do Not Track signal does not change how the Site behaves.

International visitors

The Site is operated from the United States. If you visit from outside the United States, your information will be handled in the United States under this Policy.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date above, and significant changes will be noted on this page.
